Refund Policy

The short version

Retainers are for work done, so months already worked aren't refunded. Everything else is reviewed case by case, and we're reasonable about it.

Retainers

If you cancel with 30 days' notice, you pay for the notice period and nothing after it. Prepaid months that haven't started are refunded in full within 14 days of your written request.

Case-by-case reviews

If you believe we've failed to deliver what your proposal promised, email hello@mediaupshift.com within 14 days of the invoice with what went wrong. A partner reviews it personally and replies within 7 working days with one of: a refund of the affected work, a credit against next month, or an explanation of why not. We'd rather keep you than keep a month's fee.

Not refundable

Third-party costs paid on your behalf (ad spend, domains, hosting, tools, stock media); work already approved by you and published; setup work once account access has been handed over.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 14 days of approval. Bank charges on international transfers are deducted.
